Sometimes the best ideas are right under your nose. Doug Rider Consulting was launched in July 2002 as creative outlet for Doug's ideas and to showcase his abilities. As word-of-mouth spread about the quality and efficiency of his work, he expanded his services to keep up with this demand.

A need was identified for small business owners and non-profit agencies to get high quality web design at reasonable rates. As an account manager at an advertising agency, Doug saw firsthand that many small business owners were frustrated by poor design and terrible customer service for their web sites.
