Project: Ice on Fire Marketing Campaign
Challenge: Pastor Scott Kelso needed a Web site to promote his book, Ice on Fire. This site needed to allow users to buy the book, access resources associated with the book, and interact with others who have read and been impacted by the book.
Solution: The design of the site plays off the design used on the cover of the book, with the background of the page using a close-up of ice.
This site makes extensive use of social media to enhance the traffic to the site. A short introduction video was produced that was posted to YouTube. This video is also pulled into the home page of the site. Additionally, a Facebook page was created for Pastor Scott to use social networking as a strategy to build grassroots support for the book.
This site also helps Pastor Scott add to his email mailing list when users access the resources area to download the study guides and extra information that is available.
